Welcome to Dekasu’s first blog post.

We have been busily researching and developing the site since January this year and are really proud of what we have achieved. We intend to make Dekasu the first port of call for anyone who wants to get ahead in their career.

Dekasu is a whole new way to manage your career. We have developed a job matching system, CV builder, mentoring processes, 360 Degree Feedback tools and are currently developing a whole host of new functionality.

We have re-engineered critical parts of the recruitment process to dramatically reduce the amount of time jobseekers spend finding their next position, and money employers spend filling that position. Jobseekers specify exactly what they want out of their next job. Employers define exactly the hire they are looking for. Dekasu’s proprietary matching technology then matches these “bids” and “offers” real-time. We like to think of it as being an efficient recruitment market. From the jobseeker’s viewpoint, the output is notification of jobs in the right functional area, right industry, right location, right remuneration, and critically, with an employer who is interested in speaking with them. For the employer, it means having a select pool of the right people to bring to interview, who are interested in the position, and it only takes a few minutes on Dekasu’s search tool.

Dekasu is also a place to develop professionally. Using our mentoring tools, members can find a mentor and manage that relationship. With our 360 Degree Feedback tools, you can isolate those competencies that might need some improvement. These tools usually cost a lot of money, but to our members, they will always remain free.
