Douglas Macdonald, Managing Director

Douglas is responsible for leading Dekasu's strategic development and overseeing the company's financial and legal affairs.

Prior to joining Dekasu, his background was in finance. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK and Switzerland before serving as Chief Financial Officer for an international restaurant business and a major UK media business.

Des Lyne, Sales & Marketing Director

As Sales & Marketing Director, Des is responsible for member acquisition, revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

He has a broad sales and marketing background, having previously worked for Thomson Reuters in London and a number of other international financial organisations in the UK and Germany.

Jorma Pajunen, Technical Director

Jorma is the technical wizard of the team and is responsible for data security, database architecture and website development.

He relocated to the UK from California to join Dekasu and previously led development teams for Fujitsu, as well as other high-profile companies in the US and his native Finland.
